Disturbing youth problem in Gannochy

I was very concerned at our last meeting to hear about a three-year-old problem of youths gathering in the Gannochy area at night, drinking and causing a disturbance to the residents, particularly during the school holidays.

Under-age drinking is certainly not acceptable and requires an immediate police input. The Community Council recognises that there are no facilities in the area for our young folk and feels strongly that this requires addressed by the authorities. What do the residents think? Do you have any suggestions?
